Scope of supply

Whilst all of our designs are based on modular construction thus enabling faster, more reliable installation and commissioning at our clients’ locations (globally), many are structured to meet our client exacting requirements.
When entering into a project with our client, be it equipment only supply or full turnkey, we pride ourselves on optimising the design ensuring our client receives the most suitable (efficient, technical & commercial) solution.

In support of this approach we provide:

  • Project Management:
    Each project includes an element of project management.
    With every part or full turnkey project a dedicated team is allocated to the project and within 1 week of contract
    award, a “Project Establishment Document” is issued.
    This document details the project team and their competency profiles, project phases, change management
    procedure, quality standards, H&S and CDM.

Installation, commissioning & training

Having manufactured and tested (FAT) all of our solutions before shipment, ensuring the installation is conducted in a professional manner is paramount.
Working with our global network of installation partners we are able to offer installations (globally). As an alternative, some clients prefer to conduct the installation themselves with us providing management support and guidance at agreed phases of the installation.
Whichever approach is taken, our commissioning team are there to ensure the system performs to the standard required and your operators are trained and comfortable with the use of the equipment.
