iGAS Commissioning Update – Project Nearing Completion!

We’re pleased to report that one of our largest gas filling projects is now entering its final phase. The full suite of filling modules is coming online, with several key milestones recently completed:

Commissioning Updates:
– Argon Module: Fully commissioned
– O₂ Pump: Commissioned and integrated
– O₂ Filling Module: First fills successfully completed
– Argon and O₂ Mixtures Modules: Undergoing final verification — excellent accuracy confirmed through post-fill analysis, thanks to precision flow meters
– CO₂ Pump: Third-party unit commissioned and now fully integrated into the iGAS AiFill G2 system

Project Highlights:
– This project represents the largest-scale use of our Dual Vent Vacuum Fill Modules to date.
– The N₂ monogas line and Dual Vent Vacuum system went live seamlessly, confirming the operational advantages on site.

We’re now focused on final checks and system integration before full handover. A big thank you to all teams involved — we’re nearly at the finish line!
