Inert Leak Detection System
We’re pleased to introduce the Leak Detection System developed by our Key Member POLO, designed to enhance safety and accuracy in the final quality control of filled gas cylinders.
🔍 How it works
The system performs vacuum hood-based leak detection on filled cylinders. A vacuum is pulled under each sealed hood, and pressure is monitored over time. A rise in pressure indicates a potential leak from the cylinder. This method enables accurate, non-invasive leak detection in a controlled vacuum environment.
