Key Technical Attributes
• AiFill Control System – filling plant control (based on Siemens platform), recipe management, pump control, fill records, remote global support
• Cleanroom assembly & testing – Every critical valve, hose and cylinder connector components are assembled and tested in our ISO 7 cleanroom, especially for oxygen and medical gas systems.
• Adiabatic shock-tested components. Safety is non-negotiable — especially when working with high-pressure oxygen. Our valves, flexible hoses & connectors undergo rigorous adiabatic shock testing to verify they can withstand sudden pressure surges without ignition or mechanical failure.
