Lifecycle Support for Refrigerant Filling Solutions

At IGPH, our work doesn’t end with installation. Together with our Group member Polo Srl, we provide our customers with the support they need to ensure long-term success in their refrigerant filling operations.

In recent projects with two leading Middle Eastern gas companies, we delivered three advanced filling systems across different sites — but the real value came after commissioning:

· Post-installation training – Beyond initial handover, we work directly with operators to familiarise them with the system, answer questions, and build the confidence needed for long-term safe and efficient operation.
· On-site thermodynamic studies – Using thermal imaging and advanced monitoring tools, we validate system performance under real operating conditions. This allows us to optimise parameters, confirm efficiency, and provide clients with measurable evidence that the system is delivering as promised.
· Outcome reviews and forward planning – Together with the customer, we analyse the recorded data, review operational feedback, and discuss potential improvements or future requirements. This ensures the solution remains aligned with evolving needs rather than being a one-off installation.

This structured, through-life support approach ensures our solutions continue to deliver, not just on day one, but throughout their entire lifecycle.
