Hydrogen has moved from concept to deployment.
In Europe, the EU Hydrogen Strategy and REPowerEU plan set clear targets of 10 Mt of domestic renewable hydrogen production and 10 Mt of imports by 2030. The UK is pursuing 10 GW of low-carbon hydrogen capacity within the same timeframe, with at least half delivered via electrolysis. These commitments are no longer policy statements on paper, they are driving large-scale electrolyser projects, refuelling networks, and industrial offtake agreements across refining, ammonia, and steel.
The question facing operators and developers is no longer if hydrogen will be implemented, but how to engineer and deliver it safely, reliably, and at scale.
Our portfolio to support H2 projects?
Engineering & Safety
Safety is at the core of everything we do. From FEED studies to commissioning, every stage of our hydrogen projects is engineered with compliance and reliability in mind:
• Filling pressures up to 635 bar (higher on request)
• Interface with client-supplied equipment such as electrolysers, compressors, and purifiers
• Analysis packages to ISO/FDIS 14687 / EN 17124 standards
• Full functional safety: IEC 61511, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL and SRS
• ATEX compliant designs and equipment
• Formal process reviews, design risk assessments, and RAMS for site activities
• Factory-tested systems and structured commissioning to pre-approved specifications
Equipment Solutions
Our hydrogen equipment is designed for flexibility, reliability, and integration with wider systems. We provide standardised and bespoke solutions to meet local operating conditions and standards worldwide, including:
• Trailer, cylinder, and bundle filling solutions up to 635 bar (higher on request)
• Trailer decant / pressure reduction systems from 500 bar to 350 mbar
• Integrated or standalone mass flow metering skids
• AiFill G2 control system with integrated analysis, SCADA, remote support, RFID/barcode readers, HMIs, and driver interface panels
• Interfaces with electrolysers, compressors, purifiers, analysis systems, and plant control systems
What does this mean for our customers?
